If connected from Indonesia to Estonian VPN, and then trying to play Japanese game, then ping is sadly ~430
It's main purpose is to avoid most of the region blocks as well as torrenting/downloading, however gaming is still possible, even in a game such as PSO2(Japanese) with 430 ping
The closer you are to Estonia the better ping and Download/Upload speed you will have, the closer the game you want to play to Estonia the better ping you will have
due to recent Spectre & Meltdown things in the web, some of you probably enabled that thing in chrome/ucbrowser and chrome based browsers for some security, sadly it makes captcha in pages to not appear, thus -
go to - chrome://flags/#enable-site-per-process
and Disable it, restart your browser and all the pages where captcha should appear, and it will appear after that, have funs.

heya guys, since i was able to find only one old tweaker version on the web, which didn't worked sadly, i decided to start uploading them myself. why? because some versions for different people may not work at all, so i will put some of the old tweaker versions here whenever i will be able to, any help is highly appreciated!
